法律分析：在劳动法中明确的规定了兼职是可以随时提出离职申请的，这也是兼职和全职的区别，如果是全职在辞职时也是需要提前三十天以书面的形式通知到用人单位，如果是在试用期内劳动者需要提前三天通知用人单位，如果因为劳动者没有提前通知用人单位就随意的提出离职而造成的损失也是要有劳动者来承担的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
