释义	因显失公平订立的合同，是可撤销的。如果合同本身是违反法律法规的，合同就是无效的。但合同符合法律规定，合同有效情形下，在当事人行使撤销权之前，合同是有效的。当事人请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销之后，合同自始无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
