收条、收据是付款证明，一般来说，可以证明付款事实。但是，仅有收条收据不能证明已付款。
收据是企事业单位在经济活动中使用的原始凭证，主要是指财政部门印制的盖有财政票据监制章的收付款凭证，用于行政事业性收入，即非应税业务
付款最好通过银行转账支付，由债务人账户转到债权人账户上。大额支付仅凭收条、收据越来越难认定付款事实。除收条外，还应结合双方交易习惯、付款凭证、汇款单据等证据，对收条中记载资金是否实际支付加以综合判断认定。
付款凭证有哪些？
付款凭证是涉及货币资金(现金和银行存款)支付的记账凭证，常见的付款凭证有：
1、工资表工资表是各单位按月向职工支付工资的原始凭证。
2、报销单。报销单是各单位内部有关人员为单位购买零星物品，接受外单位或个人的劳务或服务而办理报销业务，以及单位职工报销医药费、托补费等使用的单据。
3、借款收据。一般适用于单位内部所属机构为购买零星办公用品，或职工因公出差等原因向出纳员借款时的凭证。
4、领款收据。领款收据是本单位职工各单位领取各种非工资性奖金、津贴、补贴、劳务费和其他各种现金款项及其他单位或个人向本单位领取劳务费、服务费时填制的，作为付款凭证的凭证。
5、差旅费借款、报销单。出差人员预先借差旅费可以使用差旅费借款结算单作为原始凭证。
