婚检完不领证会怎样
释义
法律主观：
不婚检不能领结婚证。虽然《民法典》停止了强制做婚前检查的要求，但《婚姻登记条例》仍然有“患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，不予登记”的规定，且该疾病一般可通过婚前检查筛选，故仍需进行婚前检查。
法律客观：
《婚姻登记条例》第六条 办理结婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予登记： （一）未到法定结婚年龄的； （二）非双方自愿的； （三）一方或者双方已有配偶的； （四）属于直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲的； （五）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病的。
