释义	法律分析：对死者尸体者检验时，一般需要死者家属的同意并且签名，如果家长拒绝签名的，不影响尸体检查的开展。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百一十三条为了确定死因，经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，可以解剖尸体或者开棺检验，并且通知死者家属到场，并让其在《解剖尸体通知书》上签名或者盖章。死者家属无正当理由拒不到场或者拒绝签名、盖章的，不影响解剖或者开棺检验，但是应当在《解剖尸体通知书》上注明。对于身份不明的尸体，无法通知死者家属的应当在笔录中注明。
