释义	法律分析：如果是偶尔帮人找工作收取一定的费用，属于收取劳务报酬，是合法的。但是如果以帮助找工作收取报酬为职业，那么就属于经营行为，必需办理《营业执照》和其它相关证照，否则属于非法经营。法律依据：《中华人民共和国就业促进法》第四十一条职业中介机构不得有下列行为：（一）提供虚假就业信息；（二）为无合法证照的用人单位提供职业中介服务；（三）伪造、涂改、转让职业中介许可证；（四）扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，或者向劳动者收取押金；（五）其他违反法律、法规规定的行为。
