释义	法律分析：如果劳动合同约定，在业绩不达标时，可以根据用人单位规章制度扣钱的，那就可以扣钱。扣钱后的工资，不得低于当地最低的工资标准，但如果双方在损失发生后另有约定的除外。一个月扣工资不能超过当月工资的20%，并且扣除后的剩余部分不得低于当地最低工资标准，若扣除后的剩余工资部分低于当地月最低工资标准，就按最低工资标准支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当按月支付给劳动者本人，不得克扣或无故拖欠。
