释义	法律分析：房屋转租，需要承租人与房东事先有约定，或者征得了房东同意，否则转租合同是可以撤销的。出租人知道或应当知道承租人转租的，应当在六个月内提出异议，出租人以承租人未经其同意擅自转租为由请求解除合同或者认定转租合同无效的，应予支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百五十三条承租人未经出租人同意，将租赁物转让、抵押、质押、投资入股或者以其他方式处分的，出租人可以解除融资租赁合同。
