释义	依据我国合伙企业法的规定，合伙企业破产后，清算人清算结束的，由清算人制作清算报告，经全体合伙人签名、盖章后向企业登记机关报送。《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第八十九条合伙企业财产在支付清算费用和职工工资、社会保险费用、法定补偿金以及缴纳所欠税款、清偿债务后的剩余财产，依照本法第三十三条第一款的规定进行分配。第九十条清算结束，清算人应当编制清算报告，经全体合伙人签名、盖章后，在十五日内向企业登记机关报送清算报告，申请办理合伙企业注销登记。
