释义	嫌疑人是指还未经过法庭审判，没有认定其罪名的有重大犯罪嫌疑的行戚友没为人高纳。在侦查、起诉阶段，不论其犯罪事实有多明确，都只能被称为犯罪嫌疑人；而罪犯是指已经经过审判，确认其罪行的犯罪分子。在有罪判决生效之后的犯罪嫌疑人，才称之为罪犯。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第十二条未经人民法院依法判决，对任何人都不得确定有罪。
