请问我是农村的这个房产证现在没有怎么办？

法律分析：
先去土地管理局办土地使用证、然后再补办房产证就行了。农村房屋没有房产证的，在买卖交易的时候只要将买方的户口和房屋土地归属人到村委会重新登记修改成买方即可。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》 第六十三条 经省、自治区、直辖市人民政府确定，县级以上地方人民政府由一个部门统一负责房产管理和土地管理工作的，可以制作、颁发统一的房地产权证书，依照本法第六十一条的规定，将房屋的所有权和该房屋占用范围内的土地使用权的确认和变更，分别载入房地产权证书。
