释义	法律分析：合同章不能私自刻制。需要刻制印章的单位应当到公安机关批准的刻制单位刻制；刻制单位将刻制的印章向公安机关办理印鉴备案后，方准启用。签订合同应使用公司合同专用章，部门印章及其它印章不得用于签订合同。公司合同专用章由综合部负责管理。任何人不得在空白合同上加盖合同专用章。法律依据：根据《印章治安管理办法》第5条规定，任何单位和个人都禁止买卖印章，也不得非法制作、使用印章。非法制作或使用合同章的，除收缴非法印章外，还会被处以罚款。
