释义	法律分析: 犯隐匿邮件罪的犯罪分子，依据刑法规定，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。如果犯此罪而窃取财物的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金；数额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十三条私自开拆、隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报罪。邮政工作人员私自开拆或者隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪而窃取财物的，依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪从重处罚。
