释义	法律分析：若属于与公司协商一致解除劳动合同，可以当天辞职当天走人。一般情况下，劳动者应当提前30天，以书面形式的方式向公司提交辞职申请。提交辞职申请之后不能马上走人，需等待公司审批通过，并且办理好公司工作交接是以后，由公司开具离职证明，才算正式办理离职。若非协商一致解除劳动合同，提交书面辞职报告后，马上走人的，给用人单位带来的损失，应当承担相应的赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
