释义	法律分析：如果只有交易记录的话是不能够定义为嫖娼的。依据我国相关法律的规定，如果只有付款的记录，没有其他证据证明有卖淫嫖娼行为的，是不能认定有嫖娼事实的，不能给予治安处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
