释义	法律分析：不需要。按照相关的法律规定，明知对方是赌博还借钱是违法的。如果明知借款人借款用于赌博、走私、诈骗、贩毒、吸毒、制假贩假等非法活动，仍予以出借的，法律将不予保护，出借人不仅不能通过法律手段要回借款，可能还会受到民事、行政乃至刑事法律的制裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。
