专职消防员可以转国家消防员吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
专职消防员又称合同制消防员，没有转正之分，我国的消防员必须是服兵役，没有正式消防员的说法，是必须接受中国人民解放军的纪律约束。而合同制消防员是我国某些地方因为现役消防人员严重不足时，面向社会征召的人员，到了一定年纪的青年可以参加服兵役，而成为一名合同制消防人员。当服役到了一定时间后，可以申请退役。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国消防法》 第四十条 专职消防队的建立，应当符合国家有关规定，并报当地公安机关消防机构验收。专职消防队的队员依法享受社会保险和福利待遇。
