释义	法律分析：已经与一家用人单位签订劳动合同的劳动者同时与其他单位签订非全日制用工合同建立劳动关系时合法的，法律并未对此作出限制。但是不能因此给原用人单位造成损失，否则需要承担赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十一条用人单位招用与其他用人单位尚未解除或者终止劳动合同的劳动者，给其他用人单位造成损失的，应当承担连带赔偿责任。
