释义	法律分析：可以申请延期审理，但不能超过两次。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十七条在庭审过程中，公诉人发现案件需要补充侦查，提出延期审理建议的，合议庭应当同意。但是建议延期审理的次数不得超过两次。法庭宣布延期审理后，人民检察院在补充侦查的期限内没有提请人民法院恢复法庭审理的，人民法院应当决定按人民检察院撤诉处理。
