释义	法律分析：需要，未成年改名字都需要父母到场。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十八条公民变更姓名，如果是未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记；如果十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。根据公安部门的有关规定，未满18周岁或者已满18周岁但有特殊情况的，凭有关证明，可以更改姓名。但是正在被刑事处罚、劳动教养和其他正在羁押的人员，不予更改姓名。
