释义	法律分析: 商家用于促销的奖品或者赠品如果有质量问题，消费者同样可以要求退换或者赔偿。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十二条附义务的赠与，赠与的财产有瑕疵的，赠与人在附义务的限度内承担与出卖人相同的责任。而从《消费者权益保护法》的角度来讲，获取货真价实的商品是消费者不可侵犯的权利，即使是附赠品，也应当具备合格、合等级、合约定的品质，商家不得以赠送为由提供不合格产品或者假冒的产品。
