释义	酒驾的标准是酒精含量超20mg100ml：醉酒驾驶醉驾是指因饮酒而完全丧失或部分丧失个人意志，在这种状态下驾驶机动车的交通违章行为。每百毫升血液酒精含量大于20毫克就算酒后驾驶，大于等于80毫克即为醉酒驾驶；法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十三条在道路上驾驶机动车追逐竞驶，情节恶劣的，或者在道路上醉酒驾驶机动车的，处拘役，并处罚金；有前款行为，同时构成其他犯罪的，依照处罚较重的规定定罪处罚。
