释义	不违法。解除保险合同退保有以下两种方式：1、犹豫期退保：一般的保险公司会有犹豫期，犹豫期是投保人在拿到保单的十天内，这十天内，投保人申请退保，通常保险公司会扣除工本费后退还全部保费。2、正常退保：正常退保指的是超出犹豫期的退保，投保人提出退保前，需保单满一年才行，投保人直接到保险公司提出退保申请，保险公司自接到申请之日起30天内退还保单现金价值。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第十五条除本法另有规定或者保险合同另有约定外，保险合同成立后，投保人可以解除合同，保险人不得解除合同。
