释义	法律分析: 协议的见证人是证明双方确实有签订合同，但是不承担担保责任的第三人。合同见证人，在合同中签字，表示他看到了你们合同签订的过程，并且表示，合同上的字是你们亲自签上去的，合同内容也是双方真实意思表示。将来如果有诉讼，可以作为证人出庭作证，而合同上签过字的见证人不需另行证明自己在场且知情。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十三条机关法人不得为保证人，但是经国务院批准为使用外国政府或者国际经济组织贷款进行转贷的除外。以公益为目的的非营利法人、非法人组织不得为保证人。
