释义	法律分析：医院拒收病人违法，医院是社会公共资源，有义务为社会成员服务，拒收病人肯定不合理，但如果不属于该医院的收治范围的病人，拒收不算违法，如患有艾滋病的病人一般性医院是不能接受，只能到被指定的医院去治疗。因病情严重，或者医院医疗设施、医疗水平不足，医院也应当按照相关规定办理转院，但应取得病人或家属同意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千二百一十八条患者在诊疗活动中受到损害，医疗机构或者其医务人员有过错的，由医疗机构承担赔偿责任。
