释义	法律分析: 交通事故对方肇事逃逸的处理程序如下：1、车辆驾驶人应当立即停车，保护现场；造成人员伤亡的，车辆驾驶人应当立即抢救受伤人员，并迅速报告执勤的交通警察或者公安机关交通管理部门；2、造成交通事故后逃逸的，由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第七十一条车辆发生交通事故后逃逸的，事故现场目击人员和其他知情人员应当向公安机关交通管理部门或者交通警察举报。举报属实的，公安机关交通管理部门应当给予奖励。
