因为房价上涨卖方反悔,可以催告其按照合同约定交付房屋。如果双方因此产生纠纷,可以协商解决也可以到人民法院提起诉讼。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第五百七十七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的,应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
第五百七十八条 当事人一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明不履行合同义务的,对方可以在履行期限届满前请求其承担违约责任。
