释义	法律分析：不许附条件民事法律行为又称“忌避条件的法律行为”。根据法律特别规定，当事人不得对之附加任何条件的民事法律行为。按照大陆法多数国家的民法，当事人原则上可依其意志对各种民事法津行为约定条件。但在某些情况下，法律禁止当事人从事附条件的法律行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条民事法律行为可以附条件，但是按照其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
