身份证异地采集指纹申请办理流程是什么 |

法律分析：办理流程：
1、受理
申请人到公安机关受理窗口现场取号 (未满16周岁、限制或无民事行为能力人由监护人陪同或代办，六周岁以上公民须到场采集指纹)，持申请材料原件及复印件前往户政窗口现场提交材料，材料齐全的当场出具受理回执。
2、审核
受理通过后，审核人员对申请人材料进行审核，符合办理条件，当场通过。
3、审批
审核通过后，公安机关依据法律法规和办理程序对申请材料进行即时审批。
4、办结
审批通过后，在十个工作日内制证并办结。
5、送达
收到领证通知后，按照《居民身份证领取凭证》的提示及时到办理窗口领取证件。如选择邮寄的，邮政速递派送证件。为保证居民身份证件安全，超过六个月未领取的，公安机关将做注销处理。

第七条 公民应当自年满十六周岁之日起三个月内，向常住户口所在地的公安机关申请领取居民身份证。未满十六周岁的公民，由监护人代为申请领取居民身份证。
第八条 居民身份证由居民常住户口所在地的县级人民政府公安机关签发。
第十条 申请领取居民身份证，应当填写《居民身份证申领登记表》，交验居民户口簿。
