释义	买卖婚姻，是指第三者包括父母违反婚姻自主原则，以索取物财为目的，包办强迫他人造成的婚姻。换亲、转亲、童养媳等都是包办买卖婚姻不同形式的表现。根据我国《婚姻法》第11条规定，买卖婚姻属于可撤销的婚姻。买卖婚姻的当事人可按《婚姻法》第11条之规定，自结婚登记之日起一年内向婚姻登记管理机关或人民法院要求撤销该婚姻。法律依据：《婚姻法》第十一条：因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向婚姻登记机关或人民法院请求撤销该婚姻。受胁迫的一方撤销婚姻的请求，应当自结婚登记之日起一年内提出。
