法律分析：它是指依照法律或法人组织章程规定,代表法人行使职权的负责人,是法人的法定代表人,没有正职的,由主持工作的副职负责人担任法定代表人,设有董事会的法人,以董事长为法定代表人,没有董事长的法人,经董事会授权的负责人可作为法人的法定代表人。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五十七条 法人是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织。
