释义	进行脱密期管理有利于用人单位保护商业秘密。脱密期是指用人单位可以约定掌握商业秘密的人员在离职之前必须提前通知用人单位，并为用人单位再工作一定期限，该期限期满，员工才可以正式离职。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《关于企业职工流动若干问题的通知》第二项，用人单位与掌握商业秘密的职工在劳动合同中约定保守商业秘密的有关事项时，可以约定在劳动合同终止前或该职工提出解除劳动合同后的一定时间内(不超过六个月)，调整其工作岗位，变更劳动合同相关内容。
