释义	法律分析：纠正违法通知书则是指人民检察院在办理检察业务过程中,发现侦查、审判、执行等活动存在违法行为,依法向有关机关提出纠正违法意见时制作的非诉讼法律文书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第七十六条规定，人民检察院在审查批准逮捕工作中，如果发现公安机关的侦查活动有违法情况，应当通知公安机关予以纠正，公安机关应当将纠正情况通知人民检察院。第二百二十四条规定，人民检察院对执行机关执行刑罚的活动是否合法实行监督。如果发现有违法的情况，应当通知执行机关纠正。
