释义	法律分析：家庭成员间的遗弃，指家庭成员中负有赡养、扶养、抚养义务的成员对需要赡养、扶养和抚养的成员不履行其应尽义务的违法行为。遗弃家庭成员，情节严重的，构成遗弃罪。遗弃罪是指对于老年、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
