法律草案三审后多长时间实施

按现行的规定，每次征求社会意见的时间为一个月。一部法律或法律的修改，需要经过三审，每次征求意见都是一个月；至于征求意见结束后，何时必须进行审议何时实施，法律没有强制性规定，这主要由人大常委会根据实际情况再明确。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国立法法》 第二十九条 第一款 列入常务委员会会议议程的法律案，一般应当经三次常务委员会会议审议后再交付表决。即全国人大常委会立法一般实行“三审制”。
