释义	法律分析：一年质保在有效期内如果是质量问题就可以换货的。如果是人为造成质量问题就不可以换货。法律依据：《部分商品修理更换退货责任规定》第九条产品自售出之日起7日内，发生性能故障，消费者可以选择退货、换货或修理。退货时，销售者应当按发票价格一次退清货款，然后依法向生产者、供货者追偿或者按购销合同办理。第十条产品自售出之日起15日内，发生性能故障，消费者可选择换货或者修理。换货时，销售者应当免费为消费者调换同型号同规格的产品，然后依法向生产者、供货者追偿或者按购销合同办理。
