释义	法律分析: 商标会被撤销的情形如下：1、商标权人自行改变注册商标的文字、图形、注册人名字、地址等事项，且拒不改正的情形；2、自行转让注册商标，或者连续三年停止使用注册商标而被商标局撤销的情形；3、商品粗制滥造，以次充好，欺骗消费者被商标局撤销；4、其他情形。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》第六十一条申请人在商标评审委员会作出决定、裁定前，可以书面向商标评审委员会要求撤回申请并说明理由，商标评审委员会认为可以撤回的，评审程序终止。
