要看你有没跟中介签劳务合同了，如果是劳务性质，那么工厂会把工资打给劳务公司，然后由劳务公司再发给你。如果直接跟工厂签的合同，当然是工厂直接发工资给你。

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第六十一条 劳务派遣单位跨地区派遣劳动者的，被派遣劳动者享有的劳动报酬和劳动条件，按照用工单位所在地的标准执行。
