释义	如果该案没有被立为刑事案件,只是一般的治安案件,则不会被通缉,更不会去抓捕,最大的可能是通知当地公安机关处理。如果该案已经被立为刑事案件，公安机关会对嫌疑人进行网上通缉，在全国各地进行抓捕。《刑事诉讼法》第一百五十五条应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。各级公安机关在自己管辖的地区以内，可以直接发布通缉令；超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级机关发布。
