加班6小时怎么算 -法律知识

法律分析：
1、劳动法没有就加班时间折算为正常出勤时间进行规定，但劳动法有了每天不超过8小时的工作时间，这就明确了须8小时为一个班。2、劳动法对加班的工资支付方式进行了规定，按正常工作的1.5倍支付，也就是5小时33分可顶一个正常工作天数。3、从对劳动者有利方而讲，不应主张以加班时间顶劳动时间，应主张加倍工资才有利。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第三十六条 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
