释义	拒收现金违法。目前我国法律只规定拒收人民币的违法性质，但没有规定具体的处罚措施。法律只规定了毁损，仿制之类的处罚，没有对拒收，蔑视等行为的具体处罚措施。人民币是国家法定货币，包括纸币和硬币，虽然目前移动支付普及，人民币的使用频率被大大降低了，但是商家并不可以以不方便为由，拒收人民币要求进行移动支付，拒收实际上是挑战了法定货币的地位。移动支付、智能货币，实际上都是法定货币的一个补充，不能替代法定货币。
