释义	法律分析: 适用简易程序审理的案件，以判决方式结案的，原告按普通程序预交诉讼费的，减半减一次收取诉讼费；原告按简易程序预交诉讼费的，不再减半收取诉讼费。适用简易程序审理的案件，又以调解方式结案或当事人申请撤诉的，原告按普通程序预交诉讼费的，减半减两次收取诉讼费；原告按简易程序预交诉讼费的，减半减一次收取诉讼费。法律另有其他规定的应当依照其规定。法律依据: 《诉讼费用交纳办法》第十五条以调解方式结案或者当事人申请撤诉的，减半交纳案件受理费。
