释义	《合同法》第三百六十六条寄存人应当按照约定向保管人支付保管费。当事人对保管费没有约定或者约定不明确，依照本法第六十一条的规定仍不能确定的，保管是无偿的。一般情况下，无约定，无保管费。如果双方没有约定或者约定不明确，保管是无偿的。
