释义	法律分析：卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》第三十条严厉禁止卖淫、嫖宿暗娼以及介绍或者容留卖淫、嫖宿暗娼，违者处十五日以下拘留、警告、责令具结悔过或者依照规定实行劳动教养，可以并处五千元以下罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
