释义	对抽逃出资的股东，公司或其他股东可依法采取如下措施：（1）公司或者其他股东可请求其向公司返还出资（2）公司可根据公司章程或者股东会决议对抽逃出资股东的利润分配请求权、新股优先认购权、剩余财产分配请求权等股东权利作出相应的合理限制（3）公司可催告返还出资，在合理期间内仍未返还出资，公司有权以股东会决议解除该股东的股东资格。法律依据：《公司法》第二百条抽逃出资的法律责任公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
