释义	党员嫖娼一定要开除党籍。根据相关法律规定，党员嫖娼或卖淫；强迫、介绍、教唆、引诱他人嫖娼或卖淫；有意容留他人嫖娼、卖淫等，将被给予开除党籍的处分。《中国共产党纪律处分条例》第八条对党员的纪律处分种类：（一）警告；（二）严重警告；（三）撤销党内职务；（四）留党察看；（五）开除党籍。第十三条党员受到开除党籍处分，五年内不得重新入党，也不得推荐担任与其原任职务相当或者高于其原任职务的党外职务。另有规定不准重新入党的，依照规定。
