释义	法律分析：借款人还钱时要记得当面向借款人索要回借条，并仔细辨认清楚拿回的借条是否是自己当初签字的那张。若对方将借条遗失或者一时找不到，则应让对方当场写下收据。一定要让贷款人写清楚什么时间收到多少还款，以前的那张欠条结清无效了，并且保存好，也要签上双方的名字和盖上手印。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十五条借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
