释义	法律分析：火车晚点可以要求退票。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输规程》第二十六条遇有下列情况可延长通票的有效期： 1、因列车满员、晚点、停运等原因，使旅客在规定的有效期内不能到达到站时，车站可视实际需要延长通票的有效期。延长日数从通票有效期终了的次日起计算。 2、旅客因病中途下车、恢复旅行时，在通票有效期内，出具医疗单位证明或经车站证实时，可按医疗日数延长有效期，但最多不超过10天；卧铺票不办理延长，可办理退票手续；同行人同样办理。
