释义	法律分析: 债权债务可以一并转让，但是债权转让需要通知债务人，债务转让需要取得债权人的同意。债权债务转让的，双方当事人可以签订相应的转让协议，并且按照规定其从权利和从债务也会一并转让。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
