释义	法律主观：承包耕地分户子女没有继承权。承包地属于农民集体所有，是村集体分给本村农户承包的，农民有经营权，没有处分权。因此，承包耕地是不能作为个人财产进行继承的。土地承包人去世后，土地尚在承包期内的，承包人在同一户口簿上有其他家庭成员的，可由其家庭成员续包；如果没有的话，则由发包方收回再进行分配。根据2021年实施的《民法典》第一千一百二十二条，遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。
